AUSTRALIAN DATES AND TIMEWorld Daylight SavingsApproximately 70 countries around the world have Daylight Saving in at least a portion of their country. Equatorial (lower latitudes) countries don't observe Daylight Saving Time because their daylight hours don't seasonally change during the year. As a result there is no advantage for them to move their clocks forward during the summer. For a handy reference, we've listed below many of the countries that observe Daylight Saving. They all save one hour in the summer and change their clocks some time between midnight and 3 am.
