2004 Logie Award Winners 46th Annual TV Week Logie Awards Sunday, 18 April 2004 Palladium Ballroom, Crown Towers, Melbourne, VIC Rove McManus received his second straight win for a Gold Logie as Most Popular Personality on Australian Television. Sam Chisholm became the 21st inductee into the Hall of Fame since it began in 1984.
